The best in my area

First of all, I need to say that I don't have a favorite psichologist, maybe because I never thought about it.
Anway, I'm going to talk about one of the best: Sigmund Freud.
Actually, he is not a psychologist (He's a psichiatrist) but his contributions to my area have been enormous and, basically, that's the reason why a chose him.
Freud founded the psychoanalytic school of psychology and he is best known for his theories of the unconscious mind and the defense mechanism of repression. Besides he created the clinical practice of psychoanalysis for curing psychopathologys.
Like I said before, maybe he is not the best and there's a lot of people who think that he is deffinatly not, but I think that Psychology wouldn't be the same without his contributions.

My Career

My career's Psichology. I chose it because I like helping people, taking care about them and giving some advices.
At first I wasn't too sure about my decision but with the time, I realized that Psichology was what I always wanted.
One of the things that made me feel doubt about it was the big amount of psichologist that exist.
Everybody said that I wasn't taking the right choice and that made me feel sad. I knew it wasn't going to be easy, but I also knew that I had to study what I wanted.
I'm not still sure about the future. I like clinic psichology because that's what I knew first and basically that's the reason why I'm here. But I also like legal psichology. Here I knew a lot of specializations that I ignored before!
No matter what happen in the future, I know that I want to keep close to people and try to help'em the most that I can.

This is one of my favorite pictures. I'm not part of it, but I love the way it looks.
In the picture you can see my sister Bianca, my dog Zamira and mi little cousin Antonia.
It was taken in the house of my grandma, a couple of months ago.
Anto's three years old and she loves the flashes since she is a baby. My sister teached her to make poses and she learnt it so well.
Anto uses to go to my house and she always asks Bianca to take pictures of her! And my sister never say no. They have fun doing it over and over again.

I like this picture because when I see it, I feel like I would be in home. Besides...they look so funny!

My most precious possesion

My most precious possesion is not a technological thing or something expensive. Actually, my most precious possesion was made with paper, ink and feelings. And that possesion is a letter written by my mom. I remember that she gave it to me when I was 12 years old. It was summer, January 9th, 2003.
In that time, my mum was in the hospital, so she couldn't gave me the letter face to face.
She was pregnate and the last day my little sister (Gabriela) had born.
I couldn't visit them 'cause my sister wasn't like the other kids. She couldn't stand the real world and she died minutes after was born.
That's the reason why the letter means so much to me. It's not a typical letter that anyone can send. It's a letter that remind me all the things we've been through.
They were hard days and it is not something easy to talk about, but with the time you learn to live with the pain and that makes you stronger.
When you're sad and you lose someone that you love is important to feel the support of the people around you. That loss made my family closer. We still had each other.
And Gabi... she's always gonna be in our hearts ♥
