Do schools kill creativity?

About the video “Do Schools Kill Creativity?”, in which Sir Ken Robinson talks us about how children’s creativity is killed by the schools I just can say that I am so agree with him.
Sometimes, it is hard to get how much teachers and people in the school are always limiting kids. Abd that's something that anybody can notice with the labels that they use: you're not smart if you don't think like them, if you don't say what they say and if you don't like the things that they like.
An intelligent kid is not interested in arts, music, dance and acting. An intelligent kid is good in maths, speaks well, knows about history, chemistry and physics and always ansewer the teacher's questions, but they don't considerate other kind of things, like how much they help their classmates.
I think that's a terrible problem, because when you don't recognize someone's talent, probably that person will never show it again, afraid of being rejected or critizided.
I hope it could change soon.
